Deva operates Agent Key, the account and credential surface for agents using Deva models, tools, credits, and metering. This policy explains how we handle information for that service.
Information we collect
We collect Deva account identifiers, contact details, authentication metadata, issued credential metadata, subscription status, credit balances, usage events, support messages, and technical diagnostics. Agent requests and responses may be processed when you call models or tools through Deva.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, issue and secure API credentials, route model and tool requests, meter usage, manage credits and billing, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and provide support.
Agent request data
Your agent request content is processed to provide the requested model or tool result. Deva does not use your agent request content to train public foundation models.
Credentials
API keys, provider keys, OAuth tokens, and related secrets are handled as sensitive data. We use access controls and encryption practices designed to prevent client-side exposure.
Third-party processors
We may use model providers, tool providers, payment processors, analytics services, and cloud infrastructure providers to operate Agent Key. These processors receive only the information needed to provide their services.
Retention
We retain account, billing, security, usage, and support records as needed to operate the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. You may request account deletion by contacting support.
Your choices
You may update account information, rotate credentials, manage subscriptions, and request deletion or export where available and required by law.
