Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of Deva Agent Key, provided by Deva. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Service
Deva Agent Key provides account identity, API credentials, model and tool access, usage metering, credits, and related web surfaces for agent developers. You are responsible for the agents, applications, prompts, tools, and data you connect to the service.
2. Account
You must keep your Deva account and credentials secure. Activity under your account or issued API keys is your responsibility. We may suspend access if we detect abuse, security risk, non-payment, or violation of these terms.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, bypass rate limits, abuse third-party providers, or interfere with Deva infrastructure or other users.
4. AI output
Agent requests may return inaccurate, incomplete, or unsafe output. You are responsible for evaluating output before relying on it, especially in high-impact domains.
5. Data and credentials
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Deva the limited rights needed to operate the service, route requests, meter usage, secure credentials, and provide support.
6. Payments and credits
Paid plans, credit purchases, top-ups, and billing portals may be provided through Stripe or other processors. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in the product.
7. Third-party providers
Model, search, image, voice, browser, payment, analytics, and infrastructure providers may process data as needed to deliver requested functionality. If you bring your own provider keys, your direct agreement with that provider applies.
8. Availability
The service is provided as is and as available. We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, plans, providers, or integrations at any time.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deva is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid Deva for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
